Dad was a coal mining engineer, so yes, Beth is a coal miner's daughter. Unfortunately, despite Mom's talents, Beth can't carry a tune in a bucket, but she was in the band since 5th grade and as a result became an avid football fan, a by-product of attending all the games as a member of the marching band. She is an alumnus of Auburn University and is president of the local alumni club in her adopted state of Oklahoma. She moved there after graduation for work and is a licensed professional engineer. She has always been a supporter of the arts, especially film, television, sculpture and paintings. When the opportunity arose for her to participate in producing a self-funded movie, she just couldn't resist. Now she looks for additional opportunities to assist in production of similar projects.
